SUBLIMATION
This is a printing technique which utilizes the phenomenon of the sublimation the direct transition from solid to gas without liquid.
Printing is performed with special ink on transfer paper and then under high temperature and pressure transmitted to the selected surface.
This method is recommended for multi-colored prints, intricate and detailed logos, continuous tone, shading, etc.
Prints are always made on the white tape. You can print one or both sides. Each page of lanyard can have a different color and pattern.
SCREEN PRINTING
Screen printing technique was discovered in the seventeenth century by the Japanese.
It involves the creation of a matrix (aluminum frame with stretched mesh) and then put suitable paint on the entire surface. After getting through the "time off of the eye" is creating needed pattern on polyester tape. Then, after the paint dries, the tapes are removed from the machine and get ready to another stages of production.
Screen printing is recommended for 2-3 color, simple logos or inscriptions.
